Payment Processing
Payments for ProRiskManager are processed via Whop.
Free Trial & Cancellation
Free trials are available to new customers only. If your subscription includes a 14-day free trial, you will not be charged during the trial period. You can cancel anytime during the free trial to avoid charges.
You can cancel:
- In your ProRiskManager dashboard (account/subscription settings), and/or
- In Whop (your membership/billing portal).
Billing After Trial
After the free trial ends, your selected plan is billed automatically (monthly or yearly) unless you cancel before the trial ends. Returning customers are billed immediately.
Refunds
Because ProRiskManager is a digital service with immediate access, we generally do not provide refunds once a billing cycle has started and a payment has been captured, except where required by applicable law or in exceptional cases (e.g., duplicate/erroneous charges).
